Ordering, Shipping, & Returns

Interested in some of the soaps? Great! We're happy to mail them to you. Through PayPal you can use your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express debit or credit card (you do NOT need to create a PayPal account for this), or, if you have a PayPal account, you can use that instead. By clicking on the "add to cart" button under any soap they will be added to your shopping cart. You can continue to browse and return to your shopping cart at any time via the links at the top of the page or in the sidebox. When you are done shopping, click on your shopping cart and then click "go to checkout." You can then create an account with us (or log in if you already have one), which enables:

• storage of shipping and contact information on our secure server for faster future checkouts;
• saving of shopping cart contents between multiple shopping sessions;
• access to our newsletter and promotional coupons

You will then enter your shipping and payment information, review your order, and then click "confirm order." You'll be directed to our account page on PayPal's secure server where you can either log in to your PayPal account or you can click "Continue" on the left side of the page near the credit card logos to pay with credit card. You should find that all of your information has been carried over from our site and you only need to enter your credit card information. Once your finalize your order you will receive an email from us that the order is being processed! (Read more about our efforts to ensure your privacy.)

Shipping

Flat rate shipping - $6 for any order!

We ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and we strive to process and ship every order on the next shipping day following the day of your order. We use US Postal Service Priority Mail as we've found it to be faster (2 - 3 days travel time) and cheaper than the ground service offered by commercial carriers for the type of shipments we normally send. Shipping fees are a low flat rate of $6.00 for Priority postage to anywhere in the U.S., no matter how much you order!

Returns

We know that shopping on the internet, where you can't easily hold, see, and smell the products, can be difficult. We want you to feel comfortable purchasing from us, and so we are happy to guarantee your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your order, please contact us. We will work with you to make sure you are happy, including accepting exchanges or returns for a full refund (within 30 days of purchase) if that is what you request. Returned soaps must be unused and in the original wrapping to receive a refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and the return shipping is your responsibility. Please do NOT return shipments to us without contacting us first.
