Sacred Suds is a woman-owned, web-based handmade soap business. We believe that by giving something our attention, either through prayer, meditation, or the simple ritual of mindful bathing, we give it power to grow and manifest in our lives. Our mission with Sacred Suds is to provide soulful soaps that help channel those positive energies into your life. Not to mention that the process of crafting these soaps, and hearing our customers' delighted feedback, brings wonderful energy into our lives :-)

I (Andrea) am the owner and soap crafter behind Sacred Suds. I am a stay-at-home mother of two, and I am eternally grateful to all of our customers who have made it possible for Sacred Suds to gain traction and grow. Thanks to all of you, and to our family, friends, the Friends of Sacred Suds, and all of the wonderful bloggers who have reviewed or featured our soaps, Sacred Suds has been able to start making up deficits in our family budget. Rather than shutting Sacred Suds down and going outside the home to get a part time job, as we feared I might need to do when we moved across the country in late 2009, I have been able to stay home with our children and continue to create soaps. My deepest gratitude to all of you, and to my supportive husband (and awesome webmaster), Brian, for giving us this gift.

Aside from soap and parenting, I love gardening, bicycling, and yoga. And laughing. And disappearing into a great novel. Oh, and camping and hiking. And fires in the fireplace.

I don't like doing dishes or laundry.

We offer our soaps via our website, www.sacredsuds.com and through our very active Etsy shop. We provide quick shipping for all packages, packed and shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, usually within one business day of payment receipt.

We craft our soaps with intention, to help you focus on the positive energies you would like to bring into your life. By giving something our attention, either through prayer, meditation, or the simple ritual of mindful bathing, we give it power to grow and manifest in our lives.

To that end, we strive to bring beauty and spirit into your daily life by infusing our soaps not just with rich oils and botanicals, but also with positive energy and spiritual intent during every step of the soapmaking process. We are conscious of all of the energy that goes into the soaps, including the ingredients, so we carefully choose earth friendly, cruelty free oils and herbals that best suit the intent of the soap.

At Sacred Suds we will always be committed to carefully crafting special products, from the highest quality ingredients possible, to share with others. We hope that our soaps will bring our customers the same blessings and joy that they have brought us.
